Main Responsibilities

• Increasing business results in-store to meet and exceed targets and performance indicators
• Supporting the Business Manager in setting individual and team-based sales targets and communicating with Retail Artists to agree and achieve business goals
• Fostering exceptional customer services and experiences by leading by example
• Coaching and feedback for the team to ensure Charlotte Tilbury's standards are met in service and make-up artistry
• Taking every opportunity to extend exceptional customer service beyond the store experience and expanding the customer database for direct marketing purposes
• Implementing individual and team-based development plans, regular evaluations to promote mutual feedback and coaching
• Developing a positive and cooperative team culture in-store through team meetings and a partnership leadership style; recognizing and highlighting achievements as needed
• Entrepreneurial work by proposing plans, events, and other free measures to increase business success
• Ensuring impeccable visual merchandising, cleanliness of the counter, and hygiene standards
• Assuming a flawless appearance and inspiring team members to show their best side
