Our client is an international ship management MNC and in order to grow the organization and strengthen their Finance team they want to recruit :
Asst. Manager - Corporate Accounts
Based in Delhi NCR

As an Asst. Manager, the role is to work collaboratively with the Finance Manager and other members of the team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records, including the preparation of financial statements, management of accounts payable and receivable, and the completion of other accounting and finance-related tasks.
Your Responsibilities:
- Accounts: Handle full set of accounts for multiple entities. Post general ledger, fixed assets and monthly closing, accounts receivable and accounts payable.
- Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Support in the preparation of monthly financial statements and analysis for management reporting and year end statutory reporting.
- Cash flow management: Support the Finance Manager to plan and manage the company cash flow. Prepare cash flow and income statement and budgets for the business plan. Prepare and review balance sheet schedules to its control accounts including bank reconciliations. Review and reconcile intercompany transactions on a timely basis.
- Audit management: Overseeing statutory and internal audits, meticulously preparing and reviewing pertinent audit schedules, while collaborating with external auditors
- Tax management: Ensure the company meets its obligations and deadlines of GST declaration and other local taxation and liaise with tax agents (if needed).
- Personnel and Admin: Handle staff and vehicle and other company insurances, validate expense claims, and help with ad hoc tasks. Assist with other administrative, ad hoc projects as assigned by the management.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance or Accountancy
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in an accounting role.
- Financial accounting and system implementation experience preferred.
- Competency in MS office Excel, Word and Power point.
- Good communication skills - able to converse in fluent English
- Able to work under pressure within a multi-tasking environment.
- Possess integrity and ability to exercise discretion in confidential matters.
