Assistant Commercial Property Manager

OVERVIEW:

They are looking for an Assistant Commercial Property Manager with around 1-2 years of experience in the property industry to support a Senior Property Manager across a retail property portfolio. This portfolio includes shopping complexes, neighbourhood shopping centres and large format retail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Property Managers in the day-to-day management of a varied commercial portfolio.
• Provide administrative and operational support, ensuring smooth management of commercial, industrial, and retail assets.
• Help manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries and ensuring tenant satisfaction.
• Support lease management, renewals, and rent collections.
• Use Cirrus8 software to monitor and update property details, maintenance requests, and financial tracking.

CRITERIA

• Approximately 1-2 years of experience in commercial property management.
• Proficiency in Cirrus8 or Re-Leased software (or willingness to learn).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• A proactive attitude and keen attention to detail.
• Property Management registration
