Recurrent commercial missions: Ensure account renewal for SMEs. Position prospect appointments for roaming salespeople. Conduct quality calls to strategic accounts to guarantee customer satisfaction. Operational missions and tools: Capture commercial quotes in CRM K2. Accompany migration between our tools. Create and import campaigns into K2 in support of marketing and commercial actions.
