Assistant Chief Engineer

Assistant Chief Engineer (HOT0CCJL) Location: Hilton Queenstown Hotel & Resorts, Kawarau Village 79 Peninsula Rd, Queenstown 9300. Job Overview An Assistant Chief Engineer is responsible for all maintenance issues within the hotel to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while performing daily checks, repairing equipment, and coordinating renovation projects. What will you be doing? Responsible for maintenance issues within the hotel. Perform daily checks around the hotel. Conduct line inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas. Identify and report any defects or hazards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely completion of tasks. Assist in planning and implementing renovation projects. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. What we're looking for: Strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
