Job description
- Assistance in preparing and designing all menu cards
- Produce high-quality dishes both in design and taste
- Ensure the kitchen operates on time and meets our quality standards
- Represent the head chef as needed in planning and leading food preparation
- Solve any arising problems creatively and take control of problematic situations
- Lead and train kitchen staff, create a work schedule, and evaluate staff performance
- Ordering inventory for the storage
- Maintenance and enforcement of hygiene regulations and safety standards
- Possitive and professional interaction with colleagues and customers
