Within the South East Mediterranean establishment of ICF Habitat Social and reporting to the Heritage and Urban Development Department, you will act as an Assistant Operations Manager. You will play a key role in streamlining activity by supporting operations managers and officers in the administrative and operational monitoring of heritage rehabilitation projects. Your missions: Support for client-side operations Ensure the administrative, financial, and technical monitoring of operations, from their launch to their closure Assist operations developers in the different phases of projects: feasibility, setup, and works Assemble, verify, and monitor tender, bidding, and insurance files Organize project meetings and draft acceptance minutes Monitor invoicing and financial elements of operations Contribution to team performance Take charge of recurring administrative tasks in order to optimize the time of operational teams Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes Contribute to the quality of service provided to managers and clients Facilitate coordination between the different project stakeholders
