The Opportunity and Responsibilities
We are excited to welcome an Assistant Centre Manager to support the daily operations of our brand new Aspire Rockbank Village centre. In this role you will work alongside the Centre Manager to lead educators manage communications with families support staff performance and contribute to a warm safe and inspiring environment. You will collaborate with our Head of Curriculum and leadership teams to uphold high quality practices and guide our team toward excellence.
About You
• ACECQA approved Diploma in Children's Services or higher
• Leadership experience ideally in an Assistant Centre Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
• Confident in managing competing priorities with strong organisation and time management skills
• Skilled in written and verbal communication
• Creative innovative and motivated to deliver high quality programs
• Passionate about children's learning development and safety
• Current checks including Working with Children Police Check First Aid Asthma and Anaphylaxis
• Knowledge of XAP software is desirable
