Ascend Recruit have partnered with a thriving and well-established real estate office in Burleigh Heads is seeking an experienced Assistant Business Development Manager to work alongside their top-performing BDM. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone already in real estate who wants structured mentoring, skill development and a clear pathway to becoming a standalone BDM.

You will support the Business Development function while training directly under a successful BDM to progressively build your own portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prospecting and following up new business opportunities
- Database management and lead nurturing
- Assisting with listing presentations and client appointments
- Preparing appraisals and market research
- Managing landlord and referral partner enquiries
- Coordinating marketing campaigns for new listings
- Delivering exceptional service to prospective landlords
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous real estate industry experience (essential)
- QLD Certificate of Registration (essential)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence on the phone and in face-to-face client settings
- A proactive, driven and professional approach
- Excellent organisation and time management skills
- A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
- $70,000 + Super + Bonus + Car Allowance
