Assistant Brand Manager

Job description

We are seeking a talented Assistant Brand Manager to join our dynamic and international team. In this role, you will contribute to the growth of iconic brands and support strategic development across Italy, Portugal, and Spain. Activities & Responsibilities The candidate will be in charge of: • Supporting the Brand Manager in developing brand strategy and equity • Implementing marketing plans (ATL, BTL) to drive profitable growth in collaboration with Media and Trade Marketing teams • Developing and executing local marketing initiatives for specific brands or product lines, including event planning, trade show participation, and influencer partnerships • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of brand messaging and creative assets across all touchpoints • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform brand positioning and messaging • Providing insights and recommendations to the Brand Manager on how to optimize marketing investments and drive business results. This role requires a strong understanding of consumer behavior, market dynamics, and brand management principles.
