The Role

This is a crucial role within out retail store in Petone that requires a dynamic person with strong sales and leadership potential to provide excellent service to our customers within the region. Your key responsibilities will also include:

• Driving store performance by managing sales and stock to ensure store targets are met
• Maintain high standards for store presentation and customer service
• Lead and develop your team through training, performance management and ensuring compliance with company standards and procedures
• Champion health and safety by ensuring the workshop is clean and tidy, procedures are followed and staff are trained correctly

To be successful you will need:

• A full, clean NZ Driver's License
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Proven sales experience and the ability to work as part of a team
• Previous experience working within the automotive or tyre industry, or a willingness to learn, as you will need to be across all roles within the store and comfortable working on the workshop floor.
