Your responsibilities:
* You are the right-hand man of the branch manager and replace him in his absence.
* You manage a team of technicians and ensure a smooth division of work.
* You jump in yourself in the workshop where necessary, especially with tire changes and repairs.
* You professionally assist customers and think along about solutions.
* You follow up on administration: stock management, orders, and follow-up of work orders.
* You contribute to achieving the set objectives in terms of quality and service.ProfileWhat do we expect from you?
* You have experience in a technical or operational role within the automotive sector.
* You have leadership skills or the ambition to grow in this area.
* You work in a customer-oriented, structured, and problem-solving manner.
* You are a team player who takes responsibility and shows initiative.
* You have a B driver's license and preferably basic knowledge of tires and maintenance.OfferWhat can you expect?
