As Assistant Boutique Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in leading a high-performance team, delivering unparalleled client experience, and building a culture grounded in excellence, heritage, and innovation. You will guide daily operations, uphold the brand’s exceptional visual and service identity, and act as a key ambassador within the Perth luxury market. Key Responsibilities

• Support in driving boutique performance, profitability, and sales objectives
• Lead daily operations, uphold Dior-level visual and service standards, and ensure the boutique image is impeccably maintained
• Champion elevated selling techniques, client engagement, and clienteling excellence
• Collaborate with merchandising, VM, and client development teams to deliver cohesive boutique initiatives
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships, leading client development programs and exclusive event execution
• Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team with clear goals, feedback, and growth pathways
• Oversee stock flow, asset protection, compliance, and P&L considerations
• Promote creativity, collaboration, and a harmonious, inclusive team culture
