We’re looking for a passionate Assistant Bar Manager to help lead our team and deliver premium guest experiences. About the Venue Newly refurbished, upscale hotel F&B operation. Curated wine cellar of New Zealand’s finest wines. Premium bar with spirits from around the world. Key Responsibilities: • Assist the Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations of the bar, including managing staff, inventory, and cash handling. • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure premium product offerings. • Collaborate with the F&B team to create innovative cocktails and menus that showcase our unique venue. • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable experience for all guests. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or hospitality industry. • Strong leadership and communication skills. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of spirits, wine, and beer. • Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
