Job Description: As an Attendance Agent I, you will act in the SO/OPM-RSA team, with the mission of receiving, registering and treating calls, emails or messages from customers, identifying and performing treatments for customer demands, bringing a positive attendance experience to customers, performing operational excellence with agility. Main responsibilities: Receive, register and treat calls, emails or messages from customers; Identify the customer's need and perform the necessary actions to resolve their request; Provide information and answer questions about our products and services; Handle complaints and concerns in a professional manner; Collaborate with other teams to ensure that customer requests are met; Perform administrative tasks as needed. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years of experience in a similar role; Excellent communication skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong problem-solving skills; Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
