Job description
Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards. Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance. Monitor and analyze financial data, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement financial strategies and plans. Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including banks, suppliers, and customers. Develop and maintain effective communication channels with all stakeholders. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, including preparation of financial statements, budget reports, and other relevant documents. Provide guidance and support to team members on accounting matters. Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
