Assistant Accountant - AR Focus | Adelaide

About the role We're looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant with strong Accounts Receivable skills to join a busy finance team. This is a 2-3 month temporary role with the potential to become permanent, providing valuable support to the team. The role is office-based and includes onsite parking. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes. Perform month-end tasks and assist with financial reporting. Conduct reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance. Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions. Provide exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless integration of AR processes. Identify and escalate any discrepancies or issues. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and procedures. Key Requirements: Strong Accounts Receivable skills and experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
