Looking for Assist Fashion Designer for Hongkong based Sourcing Company in Bangalore Salary Upto - Rs. 8.00 LPA Exprinace - 3 years Assist in leading the design and development process for Garments (woven & knits) and fashion accessories tailored to the US market. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including merchandising, sourcing, and production, to ensure designs meet quality standards, cost objectives, and delivery deadlines. Conduct research on fashion trends, market demands, and competitor analysis to inform design decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products. Provide support in managing the design team, including mentoring junior designers, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing process improvements. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, fashion trends, and market demands to continuously improve designs and processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
