Company A leading organisation is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join its Information Systems and Technology team. This role sits within the Contracts & Assets Management area, providing essential support to ensure the effective delivery of ICT services across the business. The Role We are looking for an Assets Support Officer (ASO3 level) to provide administrative, data, and software licensing support. This is a 3-month contract opportunity, with potential for extension. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key tasks: • Providing administrative support to the Contracts & Assets Management team, including data entry, document management, and record-keeping. • Assisting with the management of software licenses, including tracking and reporting on license usage, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. • Providing data support to the team, including data analysis, reporting, and visualization. • Collaborating with the team to identify and resolve issues related to software licensing, data management, and administrative processes. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of software licenses, assets, and contracts. • Participating in training and development activities to enhance skills and knowledge in software licensing, data management, and administrative processes. • Working collaboratively with other teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of ICT services across the business. • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion. • Performing other related duties as required. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field). • 2+ years of experience in a similar role or in a related field. • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues related to software licensing, data management, and administrative processes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with software licensing and asset management systems and processes. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
