To support this mission, Syngenta's Formulation Fill and Pack team is looking for an Asset Planner in Mexico City, Mexico.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a balanced production plan across different manufacturing sites, as well as carry out the tracking and control of production.
• Monitor compliance with quality standards, HSE, and residual impurity levels in productions carried out at manufacturing sites.
• Work hand-in-hand with Supply Chain Planning (SCP) to ensure the right balance between manufacturing capacity, cost efficiency, and inventory.
• Facilitate problem-solving for capacity issues with Supply Chain Planning (SCP), maintain the plan as needed, and escalate to relevant stakeholders if necessary.
• Manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory accuracy, production volume, quality, and others.
• E nsure that SAP master data is up-to-date.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks in the production chain, including chemical, environmental, and operational risks.
• E nsure that all processes operate according to Syngenta's Material Requirements Planning (MRP) philosophies and principles.
• Participate and provide support in quality and HSE audits conducted at manufacturing sites.
