Asset Performance Analytics (APA)

We are seeking an experienced GE SmartSignal / Asset Performance Analytics (APA) to drive predictive maintenance and AI-driven asset reliability initiatives across industrial operations. The role focuses on implementing, tuning, and scaling SmartSignal analytics solutions to detect early equipment failures, improve asset availability, and enable data-driven operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in machine learning–based condition monitoring, industrial data analysis, and predictive modeling. This includes developing and maintaining complex algorithms for anomaly detection, root cause analysis, and predictive maintenance scheduling. Additionally, the successful candidate will be able to integrate APA with other industrial systems, such as enterprise resource planning (ERP), manufacturing execution system (MES), and supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA) systems. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, maintenance, and engineering, to develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies that drive business value. Furthermore, the candidate will be expected to stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of industrial analytics and AI.
