Asset Manager Residential Real Estate (m/w/d)

We are an independent and owner-managed investment and asset manager for residential real estate, having been active in the market for over 25 years. Our clients are renowned institutional investors and capital pools, for whom we manage a nationwide property portfolio and support the implementation of their real estate strategies. Our organizational structure enables tailored management with high attention to the customer. Through our long-standing experience, we have a high vertical value creation depth in the residential asset class.

Tasks

• Development of object and portfolio strategies
• Steering and monitoring of strategy implementation
• Preparation of business plans and result-oriented implementation including reporting
• Steering and monitoring of investments (existing, new-build, expansion)
• Steering and controlling of target objectives with project partners such as architects, consultants, property managers etc.
• Interface to fund management, real estate valuation, financial services
• Participation in acquisitions and sales

Qualification

• Degree in economics or engineering, preferably with a focus on real estate economics
• Multiple years of relevant professional experience in the residential real estate sector
• Very good analytical and conceptual skills
• Safe demeanor and communication strength
• Result-oriented and self-employed working style
• High service orientation and entrepreneurial thinking
• Very good MS-Office skills, especially Excel
