This is how you make an impact as Asset Manager

As Asset Manager at Eteck, you're responsible for managing and optimizing a number of our sustainable assets. Together with our technical and maintenance teams, you'll ensure that your portfolio performs well financially, technically, socially, and user-friendly. You'll also be concerned with risk management, look at financial aspects, and report on performance and advice. You'll take independent leadership over projects within your portfolio and work closely together with various internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

This is what you bring from previous experiences

+A completed technical or business HBO and/or WO education.

+At least 5 years of relevant work experience.

+Knowledge of mechanical installations.

+VCA VOL and GPI certifications, or the willingness to obtain these.

+Good communication skills, both internally and externally.

+Personal ambition to continue learning and growing.

+Positive energy and an infectious enthusiasm for our business.
