With our expertise, we successfully manage our clients' real estate portfolios. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Asset Manager (m/f/d) 80 - 100%. In this demanding central role, you will take responsibility for several of our assets and associated projects.

  • Support for property due diligence in the acquisition process

Your profile

  • You have a degree in business administration, ideally with a specialization or further education in the real estate sector (CUREM, MScRE)
  • You have at least 2-4 years of professional experience in asset or portfolio management as well as project management and have solid foundations in managing commercial and/or residential properties
  • Are familiar with legal frameworks, planning and approval processes, and are proficient in negotiating rental agreements
  • As a team player with a high degree of service orientation, you can interact with different people and eloquently and professionally represent SPSS to various stakeholders
  • You lead interdisciplinarily and with foresight, and can assert yourself in a goal-oriented manner
  • You think in options, and your holistic, business-minded thinking allows you to find good solutions for all stakeholders
  • You continuously engage with topics in the areas of construction law, economics, planning, and markets

What we offer
