The ideal candidate will have experience in asset management, property valuation, and/or real estate development. He/she should be able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and develop strategies for optimal portfolio performance. In addition to a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills are essential for this role. The ability to work independently as well as part of a team is also crucial. Furthermore, the candidate should have a good understanding of financial markets and instruments, as well as experience with property management software. A degree in real estate or a related field (e.g., economics, finance) is required. Professional certifications such as the Certified Property Manager (CPM) or the Accredited Asset Manager (AAM) are an advantage. The working language is English, but knowledge of German and/or other European languages is also desirable.
