Asset Manager Cooling - Antwerp

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Asset Manager Cooling who will keep our cooling installations in top condition and help build on the growth of our company.

As Asset Manager Cooling, you are the beating heart of our cooling technical installations and equipment. You ensure that everything runs perfectly: from maintenance and efficiency to safety and sustainability. Together with colleagues, suppliers, and operational teams, you watch over the continuity of our cooled supply chain.

What you do:

• Manage and optimize all cooling assets on the terminal.
• Lead a small team of 4 people.
• Plan and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Prepare and follow up on budgets and cost estimates.
• Analyze performances and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and maintenance partners.
• Keep track of documentation, reports, and asset registers.

Requirements

You are a strong organizer with technical knowledge and a passion for cooling. You enjoy working with others to achieve results and are not afraid to take responsibility.

We would like you to bring:

• A bachelor's degree in Electromechanica (or equivalent experience).
• At least 5 years of experience, preferably in cooling technology or a similar environment.
• Analytical insight and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge or certifications around safety and the environment? A big plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English.
• A driving license B to move quickly between locations
