Asset Management Analyst

Job Title: Asset Management Analyst Location: Ahmedabad (Onsite) Shift Time: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (5 days/week) Experience: 2–5 Years (US Real Estate Experience Mandatory) Software Requirement: Rent Manager (Mandatory) About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Asset Management Analyst to support the financial and operational management of US-based real estate investments. This role will work closely with senior leadership, brokers, lenders, property managers, and investors to ensure accurate and timely reporting, analysis, and decision-making. Key responsibilities include: • Analyzing and interpreting financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks • Developing and maintaining detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and external partners • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives • Providing exceptional customer service to internal and external clients • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and databases • Staying current with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements • Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Accounting, or related field • 2–5 years of experience in asset management, real estate investment analysis, or a related field • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Familiarity with Rent Manager software is preferred.
