Position Summary The Asset Integration Manager will be responsible for the technical and operational integration of acquired assets into the existing Enfinity Global portfolio. This includes tasks such as due diligence, data analysis, process development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth transitions and optimal performance of integrated assets. Responsibilities * Lead and manage the technical and operational integration of acquired renewable energy assets. * Conduct thorough due diligence of acquired assets, including technical and operational assessments. * Analyze asset data to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and potential areas for improvement. * Develop and implement integration plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, finance, and legal, to ensure seamless integration. * Develop and implement standardized processes and procedures for asset management. * Monitor the performance of integrated assets and identify opportunities for optimization. * Provide technical expertise and support to the operations team. * Prepare and present reports on asset performance and integration progress. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in engineering, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on asset management or operations. * Experience with asset integration and due diligence processes. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. * Familiarity with SCADA systems and data analysis tools.
