Kaiseraugst Background The Asset Filling Department is part of the Steril Production in the production center Kaiseraugst. In Building 235, protein solutions for various commercial products are filled into glass vials using sterilization filtration. The department works in a 5-shift model, with a team of around 60 employees. As an Asset Excellence Manager, you will manage the production area, ensure compliance with GMP regulations, and be involved in the batch release process. Your tasks - Responsibility for processing deviations (Deviations) and complaints as Deviation Owner - Support and guidance to the line organization on compliance-related issues - Preparation and maintenance of GMP documentation according to applicable regulations - Processing of changes and CAPAs as Owner - Support and participation in projects - Conducting and participating in equipment validations and tests - Planning and implementation of APS (Aseptic Process Simulation) and downtime validations - Preparation and testing of recipes and manufacturing instructions - Representation of the department as Subject Matter Expert during inspections and audits - Optimization of production processes to increase efficiency using LPS methods Your profile - Completed education in the food or pharmaceutical industry or a natural sciences degree (e.g. pharmacy or chemistry) - Several years of experience in pharmaceutical production, preferably in the manufacture of sterile medicinal forms (also possible for candidates with less experience as an entry point) - Knowledge of batch record review and GMP-regulated environment - Experience in handling deviation-, change- and complaint-management, as well as CAPA processes - Very good IT skills, especially in working with MES systems (PMX, PharmaSuite) - Fluent German (compulsory) and negotiation-safe English Framework Conditions - Start: immediately (at the latest within 3 months) - Duration: 12 months, with option for extension - Workload: 100% - Location: Kaiseraugst, Building 228, 2nd floor - Home Office: up to 1 day per week possible - Travel: not required - Working hours: regular, on-call shifts possible - GMP access: Yes, working in a GMP area - Criminal record extract required   Unhappy, underutilized or ready to discover something new?
