We are Edro Investimentos, an investment office of EQI Corretora, and we are looking for Investment Advisors at the beginning of their careers to strengthen our team.

If you already work in the financial market, have a developing portfolio, and are looking for a robust structure to accelerate your growth, this opportunity is for you.

Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop relationships with investors;

• Manage and expand a high-net-worth client portfolio;

• Identify opportunities and present investment solutions aligned with each client's profile;

• Maintain close relationships with the portfolio through meetings and recurring contacts;

• Monitor the economic scenario and financial market opportunities; and

• Manage your sales funnel and use CRM to track opportunities.

Requirements:

• ANCORD certification (mandatory);

• Desire to grow and learn;

• Active portfolio between zero and R$ 10 million in assets under advisory;

• Commercial profile and relationship-building skills;

• Good communication, organization, and results-oriented attitude; and

• Availability for on-site work.

Differentiators:

• CPA-20, CEA, or CFP®️ certifications;

• Experience in banks, brokerages, investment offices, or family offices;

• Consistent track record of prospecting and portfolio growth; and

• Interest in developing a long-term career in the financial market.
