Assessment Manager - International Sales (APAC)

We are seeking a talented individual to join our International Sales team at Mercer Mettl. This role will be based in Gurgaon. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Assistant Manager - International Sales (APAC) Key Responsibilities Own sales and operations for the APAC market, driving revenue and delivery excellence. Build and nurture strong working relationships with local consultants and partners, ensuring seamless collaboration. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and optimize processes. Develop and execute strategic plans for the APAC market, leveraging insights from market research and competitor analysis. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining high levels of integrity and professionalism. Provide coaching and guidance to junior sales professionals, empowering them to achieve their goals and grow in their careers. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams. Stay up-to-date with industry developments and market trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and optimize processes. This role will require a high level of autonomy, self-motivation, and ability to work independently.
