Assembly process engineer seating

We're currently looking for an experienced Assembly Process Engineer with expertise in seating to join our team. As a key member of our Engineering Team, you will be responsible for: • Developing and implementing efficient assembly processes for seating products, • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other departments, • Analyzing and optimizing production lines to improve quality and productivity, • Designing and implementing process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency, • Maintaining accurate records of production data, including yields, scrap rates, and defect rates. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field, • Minimum 3 years of experience in assembly process engineering with a focus on seating products, • Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and tools, • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
