Assembly Assistant

Lavorint SpA - Gruppo Attal, a leading Italian agency specializing in recruitment, selection, training and management of human resources, is seeking an Assembly Assistant to join an expanding company. As an Assembly Assistant at Banco and Linea, your main responsibility will be to assemble components and products, following technical specifications and ensuring high-quality work. You will be responsible for the following activities: - Assembling components on production line and at bench, respecting company procedures; - Quality control of assembled products, ensuring they meet required standards; - Managing and preparing necessary tools for assembly; - Collaboration with the team to optimize production processes and ensure timely delivery.

REQUISITI If you possess the following requirements, we are looking for you: - Previous experience in mechanical assembly or similar fields; - Knowledge of main work tools for assembly; - Ability to work independently but also collaborate within a team; - Availability to work on shifts and weekends. Preferred requirements include: - Experience in production line contexts; - Good organizational and problem-solving skills; - Availability to grow professionally within the company.
