Ideal Candidate
- Minimum 10th grade completed
- At least 1 year of experience in production
- Ideal: qualification as a mechanical assembler or in a related field (not mandatory)
- Paying attention to details and discipline
- Availability for a 3-shift program
Job Description
- Cleaning, preparing, and pressing copper conductors/bars
- Assembling, drying, polymerizing, and painting bars
- Individual and collective packaging of products
- A very attractive salary package, above the current market average
- A motivating bonus system
- Lunch vouchers worth 40 lei/day
