Assembler

Job description The assemblers are responsible for doing the assembly, testing & packaging operations of Flushometer and Faucets by their hands using the tools and equipment's as per SOP for Sloan Products. This is their regular routine shift job throughout the calendar year. They are also responsible for maintaining the '5S', on assembly line as well as working area of the building. They are also responsible for material movement & if required product segregation. Role & responsibilities Assemblers are expected to follow all safety rules and regulations, maintain a clean and organized work environment, and adhere to quality control standards. The assemblers will be required to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and perform repetitive tasks. They must also be able to read and understand written instructions and labels. Assemblers are expected to work in a team-oriented environment and maintain good communication with colleagues.
