As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting healthcare professionals and patients in their daily lives. Your tasks will include: • Providing support to healthcare professionals in the implementation of care plans and treatment protocols; • Assisting patients with daily activities such as dressing, grooming, and mobility exercises; • Participating in interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans; • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care and treatment outcomes. We are looking for a motivated and flexible individual who is passionate about healthcare and community health. You should have a strong sense of empathy and be able to work independently as well as part of a team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field of healthcare and community health, and will be familiar with relevant laws and regulations.
