Job description
We are looking for an experienced A.S.P.P. who will be responsible for: Ensuring compliance with national, international, and company regulations regarding Health and Safety at Work and environmental protection. Responding to client requests for specific work. Assuring, in accordance with the R.S.P.P. of the Division, policies and plans for health and safety at work in compliance with regulations and with the aim of protecting resources and the company's image. In detail, the job will have the following responsibilities: Knowing and maintaining a constant update on reference legislation and any judicial interpretations. In accordance with the R.S.P.P., proposing and managing safety plans and procedures for the protection of physical integrity and health of personnel and for their protection at the workplace and the healthiness of the same. Informing and training employees by providing workers with information related to safety in the workplace, with particular reference to risks present, prevention measures adopted, procedures to be followed in case of an accident and/or emergency, and hazards connected to the use of certain materials or substances or to the work activity to be undertaken. Developing, in accordance with the R.S.P.P., preventive and protective measures, identifying the most appropriate individual protective devices for the job and/or worker and control systems for such measures. Evaluating, reducing, and, where possible, eliminating risks connected to work activities, ensuring that personnel are trained, informed, and equipped with protective equipment and emergency equipment. Reducing the documentation of safety required for the execution of work activities (POS, DUVRI, etc.) and developing operational instructions and safety procedures necessary for the management and minimization of work risk. Collaborating with the Medical Competent and the R.S.P.P. in the management of health surveillance for workers of the Division. Conducting systematic audit and inspection activities at the sites, offices, and operational sites of the Division, in order to maintain surveillance and coordination of activities, identifying any non-conformities with respect to regulations and opportunities for improvement present. Developing, in accordance with the R.S.P.P., action plans and improvement plans, monitoring the execution of proposed activities within the defined timeframe. Supporting the R.S.P.P. in identifying risk factors present in the company, evaluating them and identifying measures for safety and environmental health. Gathering all necessary information for the elaboration of the Risk Assessment Document, as well as the implementation of specific training programs for workers. Monitoring KPIs defined by the Company and the Group, and engaging, through the definition and monitoring of specific Safety Plans, in achieving the objectives defined by the indicators. Being a support to colleagues for the achievement of company objectives and for the management of their performance indicators. Being a support and operating in collaboration with the Coordinator of the Integrated Management System for the improvement of company performance, the maintenance of company certifications, and the management of certification bodies, control bodies, and competent authorities. Developing within the Organization, in collaboration with other components of the Company's Prevention and Protection System, with the Coordinator of the Integrated Management System, and with the dedicated H&S structure of the Group, the culture of Health and Safety as a fundamental element of the Company's activities. What we are looking for? Previous experience in the role of at least 1/2 years in all industrial or consulting activities for clients in the industrial sector. Degree or diploma in technical, legal, or management disciplines. In-depth knowledge of legislation on Health and Safety at Work, its developments, and related technical knowledge. Knowledge of environmental and waste management legislation. Knowledge of the fundamentals of management systems and, in particular, ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001. Office/Gdrive package, ability to interact with institutional portals. Training course for A.S.P.P. (module A of 28 hours + module B of at least 48 hours) or R.S.P.P. Auditor of management systems for Health and Safety and the Environment. English - level B2. Ability to analyze, synthesize, problem-solving, organizational and management vision, attitude to mediation and teamwork, leadership skills, ability to involve and motivate colleagues.
