Ali Professional is seeking an ASPP - Addetto/a al Servizio di Prevenzione e Protezione for a client company operating in the tertiary sector. The ideal candidate will actively collaborate with the Responsible of the Prevention and Protection Service (RSPP) and be a key figure in implementing and maintaining a safe and compliant work environment (D.Lgs. 81/08 and subsequent amendments). The resource will be responsible, independently and in collaboration with the RSPP, for the following critical activities for corporate safety: - risk assessment: actively collaborate with the RSPP to identify and analyze detailed factors of risk, contributing to the evaluation of specific risks for each job and work environment; - preventive and protective measures: design, develop, and implement effective preventive and protective measures, including control systems and verification of their correct application and maintenance over time; - documentation and procedures: develop and update operational safety procedures (POS, DUVRI, etc.) and work instructions for various corporate activities, ensuring maximum clarity and usability; - training and information: propose, organize, and manage worker information, training, and education programs (as provided by art. 37 of D.Lgs. 81/08), taking into account the evolution of risks and new regulations; - DVR and checks: support the drafting, updating, and reviewing of the Risk Assessment Document (DVR), ensuring coherence with organizational and regulatory developments; - audits and surveillance: conduct regular inspections, audits, and checks in work environments to monitor compliance with regulations and the effectiveness of safety measures adopted. Requirements Required - degree: High school diploma; - specific training: Attendance certificate with verification of learning at ASPP training courses (Module B), in accordance with the State-Regions Agreement of July 7, 2016; - five-year update of training as provided by current legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08 and State-Regions Agreements). - experience: Previous experience (minimum 1-2 years) in the ASPP role or similar positions.
