We’re looking for curious, driven individuals who are ready to explore a different kind of entrepreneurship — one grounded in purpose, reflection, experimentation, and long-term co-creation.

Through our Intensive Foundation Design (IFD) program, you’ll gain guided support to navigate the entrepreneurial journey — from ambiguity to clarity, without needing to have a polished business plan.

You might be:

• A mid-career professional craving meaning and ownership
• A fresh graduate or freelancer who wants to make a difference but is unsure of what to build
• Someone who has a business idea — or none — but strong conviction to try
• A person looking for a community that respects reflection, not hype
• Willing to commit long-term (10+ years) to building something meaningful

No business background needed. No pitch decks or fancy credentials required.
Just your genuine intent, openness to self-work, and willingness to take small steps forward. You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need the courage to take the first step.

Requirements

A strong desire to build something meaningful—you don’t need a business idea yet, but you must be willing to explore, learn, and take action.

Curiosity and problem-solving mindset—you see gaps in the world and wonder, “How can this be better?”

Willingness to adopt a beginner's mindset — you are willing to suspend your existing experiences and skills to embark on a brand new journey.

Openness to learning and co-learning—you’re eager to be challenged, coached, and supported in your journey.

Commitment to long-term impact (10+ years)—you’re not just looking for a quick win but a lasting, systemic change.

Willingness to dedicate time—the venture-building program requires 2-3 hours per week for 3-6 months, and if you decide to build with us, you should be prepared to go all-in after the program.
