- Educational level: Minimum Secondary.
- Experience in sales (retail) minimum 1 year.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Excellent presentation.
Functions:
- Greet the customer.
- Sell clothing items.
- Inform the customer about ongoing promotions and campaigns.
- Mention the product's characteristics and benefits to the customer.
- Invite the customer to try on the garment.
- Handle objections.
- Reshape, profile, and tailor products.
- Support in storing and counting merchandise.
- Support in cleaning and presenting the store.
