As Store Associate, you will be responsible for: • Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that customers have an unforgettable shopping experience. • Maintaining store appearance, including cleanliness, organization and visual merchandising. • Assisting in the management of inventory, including receiving and processing shipments, counting and stocking merchandise, and conducting cycle counts. • Participating in sales promotions, events and activities to drive sales and increase customer engagement. • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve store goals and objectives. • Performing other duties as assigned by your supervisor or manager. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent required. • 1-2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a similar role. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods. • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
