As an Amazon Delivery Station Associate, you will be part of the Amazon team dedicated to the last stop before delivering smiles to customers. This dynamic, physical role receives trucks full of already packed orders which are then prepared for delivery. You will load conveyor belts, organize, and stage deliveries for pick up by delivery drivers. Take advantage of the opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art warehouse with flexible hours. We have full-time jobs with 8-hour shifts daily during the day accumulating 48 hours per week. Or 7-hour shifts during the night accumulating 40 hours per week.Main Functions and Responsibilities

1. Moving and stacking pallets.
2. Use of pallet jack.
3. General cleaning and organization of the work area.
4. Dismantling corrugated cardboard.
5. Auditing and unloading trailers.
6. Filling out forms and paperwork.
7. Loading, labeling, and stacking packages (maximum 20kg).
8. Package sorting.
9. Organizing and dispatching cargo vehicles (motorcycles, cars, and/or vans).
10. Reconciling packages and inventories.
11. Labeling and identifying inventory.

What We Look For In You

1. Good physical condition to walk an average of 5 to 10 km daily.
2. Ability to stand and/or walk for a minimum ten-hour shift.
3. Proficiency with mobile devices and applications.
4. Flexibility to work and swap shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Ability to work under pressure (achieve a productivity standard).
6. Ability to manage changing priorities and use good judgment in stressful situations.
7. Effective communication skills.
8. Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment.

2. Environment: You will work with moving machinery such as: order picking carts, cargo pallet jacks, automatic conveyor belts, forklifts, and mobile carts.
3. Activity: Some activities may require standing in place for prolonged periods, walking, or climbing stairs.
4. Temperature: Even with an air-conditioned environment, temperatures can vary between 15°C and 35°C inside the warehouse. Temperatures for the maneuvering yard or inside trailers can vary between 10°C and 45°C.
5. Noise Level: It can be noisy at times. We provide hearing protection if you need it.
6. Dress Code: Casual, with some rules to follow for safety. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes are required.
7. Breaks: Amazon has implemented the necessary measures to ensure that workers have appropriate seating. During rest and meal periods, employees can take their break in the cafeteria area where chairs are available, or leave the Company's premises if they wish.

Work Schedule and ShiftsSchedules are fixed and full-time where you can work between 40 and 48 hours per week. There are day or night shifts. It should be noted that while the schedules are fixed, the work days can vary. For example, an associate might be assigned to work Monday through Friday one week, and Tuesday through Saturday the next, but will always have the same schedule from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Review all options and choose the one that best suits your needs.Hiring Requirements

3. Successfully complete your background check, free medical examination, and drug screening.
