Civil Maintenance Operations Assistant

PAM Hotels is a luxury hotel group in various tourist destinations such as Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and the United States.

We are looking for your talent as:

CIVIL MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Objective:

Execute the preventive and corrective maintenance program in the rooms, ensuring the operational continuity of the facilities according to the brand's quality standards. Your role guarantees the correct operation of critical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electricity, and finishes) and minimizes response times to technical reports, preserving the infrastructure and guest comfort.

Functions:

• Execute the preventive maintenance plan in rooms according to the scheduled calendar.

• Inspect and maintain the aesthetic finishes of the suite in optimal condition (paint, plastering, carpentry, varnish, and locksmithing).

• Assign daily work orders to the maintenance supervisor team, prioritizing incidents that directly impact guest comfort.

• Audit the technical and aesthetic quality of the rooms released after maintenance, ensuring they strictly meet the standards.

• Manage and control the inventory of spare parts, technical consumables (lighting fixtures, filters, hardware), and tools assigned to the area, optimizing costs.

• Evaluate the performance of external suppliers and contractors who carry out specialized work in the suites (e.g., floor polishing, major carpentry, or automation).

• Ensure all personnel work under safety regulations, correctly wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and applying safe procedures.

Requirements:

• Civil Engineering or Bachelor's Degree in Architecture

• Personnel Administration and Development

• Experience in AAA 4 or 5 Diamond hotels

• Experience of 2 years in room maintenance.

• Technical knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, Electricity, Finishes systems

• Projection and Inventory Control

• Knowledge of Earthcheck, Cristal, and Civil Protection Audits

• Proficiency in preventive and corrective maintenance programs
