Bar Operations Assistant

The Bar Operations Assistant will be responsible for supporting the daily operation of our bars, ensuring efficient, orderly execution aligned with the property's service standards.

We are looking for a person who has the ability to anticipate guest needs, work with a sense of urgency, and actively contribute to creating memorable experiences.

• Support the operation and service of the property's different bars.

• Maintain stations, service areas, glassware, and supplies in optimal condition.

• Support bartenders and leaders during operations and high-demand periods.

• Execute mise en place, setups, and restocking according to service needs.

• Provide cordial, personalized, and efficient service to our guests.

• Anticipate guest needs and strive to exceed their expectations.

• Consistently comply with LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) service standards.

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, hygiene, and presentation.

• Actively participate in events and special operations.

• Work as a team with the different Food and Beverage areas and the property.
