THE IMPACT YOU'LL GENERATE
Retail & Commercial Banking is looking for a Select Business Assistant based in Polanco, CDMX.
We're redefining our way of working through innovation, cutting-edge technology, collaboration, and the freedom to explore new ideas.
In This Role, Your Main Responsibilities Will Include
- Receiving and channeling Select clients from the office according to the operations they perform, providing basic advice on financial products based on knowledge of the benefits offered by the Bank
- Inviting clients to wait in the waiting room while waiting for a manager's attention to ensure excellent service and complete customer satisfaction.
- Experience in client service or sales (desirable)
- Servant attitude and enthusiasm for developing in the commercial area
- Good communication skills
- Monthly gross salary

- Professional training and development
- Schedule: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
- Degree completed
