Sales Assistant

We are looking for a proactive, organized Sales Assistant with excellent customer service skills to support the commercial area's activities. You will be responsible for providing support to the sales team, handling customer inquiries, preparing quotes, following up on orders, and contributing to the achievement of the company's commercial objectives. Area of study: Commercial Engineering Marketing/Sales Activities to Perform: Attend and advise clients in person, by phone, or through digital channels.
Prepare quotes and follow up on sales opportunities.
Register and update client and order information.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services.
Support the administrative management of the sales department.
Maintain effective communication with clients and offer after-sales service.
Collaborate in achieving commercial goals.
