Technical Risk Assistant - Mexico City | Bogota

How is the daily routine of the position? As Technical Risk Assistant, you will be the point of contact for queries and validation of systems, support implementation of defined processes with a perspective of support for the QRM (Risk) team and risk management of opportunities and projects through collection, analysis, and generation of periodic reports to inform decision-making. You will work in a dynamic and enriching environment with people from various departments, including Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Audit. Your main responsibilities will be: • To provide technical support for the implementation of risk management processes and procedures. • To analyze and validate the effectiveness of risk management controls and identify areas for improvement. • To participate in the development of risk management policies and procedures. • To contribute to the identification, assessment, and prioritization of risks related to projects and opportunities. • To provide training and support to employees on risk management best practices. • To collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and consistency in risk management approaches. • To maintain accurate and up-to-date records of risk assessments, mitigation plans, and control measures. • To participate in the development of reports and dashboards for risk management metrics and KPIs. • To contribute to the continuous improvement of risk management processes and procedures. Your skills and qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Accounting). • 2+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, or internal audit. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Familiarity with risk management frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO 31000, COSO ERM).
