Animation Assistant

Main responsibilities: Support in coordinating and programming general activities, such as games, contests, and shows; Assist in organizing and implementing themed parties and events; Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience; Develop and maintain relationships with guests and internal stakeholders; Provide exceptional customer service; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred; 1-2 years of experience in animation, entertainment, or hospitality; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations; Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
