Food and Beverage Assistant - (Las Palmas)

H10 Hotels seeks a Food and Beverage Assistant for its hotel H10 Rubicón Palace Horizons Collection, in Lanzarote. The functions to be developed will be: - Support in the daily tasks of the Head of the Food and Beverage department (Kitchen/Restaurants). - Supervise that the Food and Beverage facilities are in good operating conditions. - Close monitoring of the hotel's APPCC. - Review of operation manuals to improve service quality. - Review of operational instructions for continuous improvement. - Review of staffing guides for new consumption centers. - Review menus, menu wheels as well as ensure compliance with them. - Supervise the proper distribution of human resources in different sales points. - Verify that staff complies with uniform standards manual. - Supervise that the development of Food and Beverage department operations adheres to established company standards, policies, and procedures.
Requirements: English, other languages are valued. Education in hospitality/administration or equivalent experience.
