Position Summary.
Our Accounting Assistant will be responsible for supporting the operations of the accounting department, including recording, controlling, and managing financial and accounting records. This position will report to the Latin America Accounting Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the efficient and timely management of accounting operations
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports for the area.
- Record and analyze invoices, credit notes from suppliers (Accounts Payable)
- Record invoices, credit notes to clients (Accounts Receivable)
- Apply payments to suppliers and clients, with the corresponding issuance of payment complements.
- Support administrative tasks in a timely and efficient manner
- Organize and archive documents virtually.
- Public Accountant
- Advanced knowledge of Office programs (Word, Excel)
- Firm understanding of accounting procedures and financial statements
- Analysis of accounts
- Knowledge in cost topics
- Knowledge of accounting software
- Proactivity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail
- Customer orientation
- Able to work under pressure and as part of a team
- Must possess confidentiality and congruence sense
